All our products are personalized, so please carefully check your details (dates, capitalization, etc.) before placing an order. If we have any questions, we will contact you via Etsy messages, so please keep an eye on your inbox. Personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Before ordering, please ensure there is enough time for production and delivery (including potential delays). You can always contact us to check the current shipping timeline.

Please make sure the shipping address is right. I'm sending the order to the address specified in the order Etsy. If you want to ship it directly to the recipient, please change the shipping address at this time. Please note, delivery time may vary and I can`t be responsible for losses or delays! We make no promise of delivery times or can control the delivery companies (except express delivery), therefore an expected date being missed is not a reason for a refund nor will one be given. Any period or date for delivery of goods or provision of services is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. I can`t give any guarantees that the order placed after November 30th will be delivered until December 24th.

All the products in our shop are made of wood. Wood certainly does not like water. Do not hold our products in the water, so it may cause them damage.

Please pay attention. Even with the timely cancellation of your order, refunded amount will be 10-15% less as we have to cover listing and transaction fees.

Express delivery and customs clearance

In order to avoid delays in customs clearance, in the declaration we do not reduce the cost of your orders. So, you may be charged a customs duty if it is foreseen in your country. If you refuse to pay this customs duty or if you have not received the parcel during the three attempts of delivery, your parcel will be destroyed by the carrier. In these cases, your order will be deemed delivered and received.

The war in Ukraine and the delivery of goods.

Due to the war in our country and the closure of air services, our carriers are forced to export parcels by land to nearby countries and already there to load them by plane. Because of this, some carriers may sometimes change the track number of the parcel, or have several. Also because of this, parcels pass more customs checkpoints, which gives even more chances to delay parcels at customs. We track all our shipments and monitor this process. If you have any questions about your order, you can always contact us.

My wedding is next week, so I wanted to write this before I forget. We received out guest book alternative today and I LOVE it so much! We are having a basically Halloween themed wedding with lots of little bats snuck in, so we wanted the bat chips. However, with the moon design I told my fiance the little stars would look so lovely- so I reached out about the possibility of getting some stars to go along with the bats. This shop was able to do both, and even made us a sign and box that said to Please Sign a Star or a Bat! Its so perfect I could cry! I highly recommend these sets!-but definitely make sure to give yourself plenty of cushion time if you plan to order from the US, as it took a while for it to get here. However, that's not on the shop (just current events) and they were great when I checked on shipping updates!
