I have downloaded my order, but i can't open my files?

Please make sure that you have unzipped or extracted the files from the .zip folder. After extraction you can get the jpegs.

How do i open a .zip file?

For Extraction, you need to right click from mouse and then select the extract all option. now u can see jpegs. If this method don't work you will need an extraction program to unzip or open your files. There are many different programs available, we recommend Winzip(for PC user) of Stufflt Expander (For MAC USERS).

My download says its empty, damaged, corrupt or password protected?

Your Product probably didn't download properly. Delete the .zip file from your computer(empty your recycle bin as well), clear your temporary internet files and try again. If still happens, contact us.
