There was damage during shipping to a few parts, but the seller replaced those quickly without cost, and the end result is sturdy and great fun for my boys. Two notes if you have cats on the bigger side: 1) The top is roomy, and perfect for naps, but the steps are too small for them to really loaf. 2) Also, for my guys it would be easier for them to get down if there were 3 steps spaced further apart, instead of the 4 spaced closer together. If you have older cats with arthritis or kittens, the spacing is probably perfect. And it could very well be my cats are just being weird about it.
Beautiful quality. Extremely well made solid and stable. Definitely a two person install. But worth it.
Shipping took awhile, but it’s absolutely beautiful . The quality is amazing
