Our processing time is 1–2 business days. Your order will be shipped after processing is complete.

When will my order arrive?

The estimated delivery dates shown on Etsy are provided by the shipping carrier. Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery window, often on the last estimated delivery day or 1 day earlier.

I need my order sooner. What should I do?

Shipping upgrades are only available before your order ships. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change or upgrade the shipping method.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

I need my order by a specific date. Can you guarantee delivery?

We understand how important your special date is! While we always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date because delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. If you need your order sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option during checkout.

Why does my order show a shipping label, but the tracking still says "Pre-Transit"?

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday begin processing on the next business day, since most postal carriers do not accept package pickups over the weekend. To help us prepare your order as quickly as possible, a shipping label may be created during the weekend. A shipping label does not mean your package has already been shipped. It simply means your order is being processed and prepared for shipment. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped within our normal 1–2 business day processing time, and the tracking status will update after the carrier receives the package.

What shirt brands and printing methods do you use?

Depending on color and stock availability, we use Gildan, Outlash, or Bella+Canvas shirts. If you have a preferred brand, please include it in the personalization box when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. If you would like your order on a Comfort Colors shirt, please contact us before placing your order, as an additional charge applies. All of our T-shirts and sweatshirts are printed using high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. If you prefer DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, we also offer it for an additional charge. Please note that DTG printing requires extra production time, so your processing time may be longer.

I already placed my order. Can I still upgrade the shipping?

Yes, shipping can be upgraded only before your order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to upgrade your shipping method.

Can I change the size, color, or personalization after ordering?

Yes, changes can usually be made before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has entered production or has already been produced, we are no longer able to make changes to the size, color, personalization, or design.
