Names will be spelled exactly as they are in the personalization window when you place your order (except for capitalization in some fonts). If you leave the personalization window blank or omit details needed to process your order, I will make an effort to reach you. If you haven't responded within 12 hours of my message, your order may be canceled or processed without personalization. This will be at my discretion and depends on whether the design will work without personalization.

Design Limits: Most designs have limitations to ensure they still work or look good. Names should be limited to 12 characters each. Text size and exact placement might vary from name to name to fit the design area. Designs with graphic variations (text fonts, patterns, dogs, cats, etc.) must be chosen for me to process your order. Choosing a variation not listed in my chart may result in order cancellation. If you want something beyond the design limit (e.g., more than one dog on a design meant for one dog) or a variation not offered, message me BEFORE ordering for a custom order request. I'll do my best to accommodate if possible.

Proof Approval: As a courtesy, I try to send all customized orders a proof with a 12-hour approval window, but this is subject to change at any time. To ensure you get a chance to approve your design before printing, request this in the "Message to Seller" section of your order. I'll send one mockup and give you up to 12 hours to reply with any changes. If you don't request a mockup, the order may go directly to print as soon as it is designed, and no changes will be available once it's in production.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Items in my shop are made-to-order and therefore are non-refundable. In order to ensure you receive your purchase quickly, orders are generally processed and sent to production right away. As such, I do not offer a cancellation window. Should you order something by mistake, please reach out IMMEDIATELY so that I can try to cancel your order. Once your order has gone to production, it cannot be canceled. If you're ordering a shirt, measure a shirt; if it's a sweatshirt, measure a sweatshirt. Lay your chosen garment flat on a surface, smoothing out any wrinkles. To measure the length, start from the top of the shoulder and go down to the bottom hem. For the width, measure from seam to seam, right under the sleeves. Compare these measurements with our size chart in the product description.

✨ Sizing Tips: Most of my apparel is unisex (unless otherwise stated). Ladies looking for a more fitted look may want to size down, while those aiming for an oversized feel may prefer sizing up 1-2 sizes. Sizes 4X and 5X are available in select styles and colors; contact me for current options if you need a size I don't have listed.

🔄 Wash Inside-Out with Cold Water: Use cold water (max 30C or 90F) and wash with like colors.

🚫 Non-Chlorine Bleach Only: Preserve colors without harsh chemicals.

🔥 Hang Dry (preferred) or Low-Heat Tumble Dry Only: Maintain fabric and graphic integrity.

🛑 Do NOT Iron: To reduce wrinkles, I recommend tossing the dry garment into the dryer with a clean, damp washcloth for about 10-15 minutes on low-heat tumble setting..

🌿 Do NOT Dryclean: Keep it simple. Machine or Hand Wash only.

⚠️ Wash Before Wearing: ⚠️
Garments undergo a special pre-treatment in the printing process. Do not be alarmed if your garment has a vinegary smell, as this is just the pre-treatment and will disappear after washing. This pre-treatment, if exposed to prolonged UV light, can accelerate yellowing or discoloration. Washing before wearing removes any residual treatment, ensuring optimal freshness and preserving the garment's appearance.
