Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

Can't find order email.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

What is sublimation printing?

Sublimation printing is a process that uses heat to transfer dye to a material and create a permanent bond, unlike traditional printing methods where the ink remains on the surface. Sublimation ink converts to gas and penetrates the material, producing vivid, durable prints. Sublimation printing is outstanding for fine lines and details and is arguably one of the best methods for all-over printing. With low setup costs, it is great for small runs, and the printing is so close to permanent that it's pretty much unbeatable.

Can any image be used for sublimation?

You can print any image or picture with most sublimation printers. Check your printer to be sure. Most can print JPEG or PNG format images. If you have an image on your phone, you could print that on your sublimation printer. Technically, you want any images to have a resolution of 300 DPI or higher.

Which is better for sublimation JPEG or PNG?

How To Prepare a Correct File For Direct To Sublimation Printing Stampa. We recommend saving your print files as PNG. PNG allows you to preserve transparency, maintains resolution, and is a modern, universal format. To save your print-ready images in Photoshop or Paint, go to File > Save As > PNG.

Do I need to mirror my image for sublimation?

Mirroring your image is a very important step when sublimating or using transfer papers. On most substrates, if you fail to mirror your image your final product will be printed backwards. Some printers have the capability of mirroring whereas others do not.

Can I return physical products for a replacement or refund?

Yes, return/exchanges are accepted for: Shipped, wrong item/wrong size/to an address different than provided. Damaged item. Low printing quality. Quality does not satisfy requirements like - broken, holes, mechanical, torn, distort image, etc. Lost during shipping. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. And the customer should provide the Unique QR code or shipping list. For packages damaged, all claims must be submitted no later than 72 hours after the delivered time. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Required documentation: It is strongly recommend including a supporting photo or video when contacting us.

Can I return physical products for a replacement or refund?

Physical products are handled by MyDesigns.io. They do have policies for defective, damaged, or lost items. Not for "buyer’s remorse" or "incorrect sizing". Return/Replacement Policy: Damaged/Defective Items: For misprinted, damaged, or defective, MyDesigns offers a free replacement or a refund. Missing Items: If lost in transit, a replacement or refund can be requested. Reporting Period: Reported within 14 days of receiving the product. Procedures for Returns/Refunds: Submit Evidence: You must provide photo evidence of the damaged or defective item. Contact Support: Report the issue by emailing support@mydesigns.io. Incorrect Addresses: A refund for the product price alone (excluding shipping) may be granted.
