How do I access my downloads?

Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (downloads are not available in the Etsy app). Go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews. Click Download Files next to your order. If you purchased as a guest, a download link will be sent via email. Check your spam or junk folder, and for Gmail users, check the Social or Promotions tabs. Adding transaction@etsy.com to your contacts can help ensure future emails arrive.

Downloading from Google Drive

Files are provided via a secure Google Drive link. No account is needed to download. For best quality: Open each file from the link and click the download icon. Do not right-click and save the preview image, as this will only save a low-resolution version. Download each file individually unless you are comfortable extracting zipped folders.

Apple Pay / Apple ID Purchases

If you paid using Apple Pay or logged in via Apple ID, Etsy may have hidden your personal email address (through the “Hide My Email” feature). This can prevent the download email from reaching you. As soon as you check out, your file will be available to download right here on Etsy. You can access your files through You>Purchases&Reviews>Order and click Download. This will give you access to a PDF with a download link. Once you click the download link, it will take you to a Google Drive folder with your artwork including all of the sizes listed above.

You will receive an email after the checkout process that your payment has processed and it will include a link to your download. If you are using a mobile device you need to login in to your Etsy account from your device's browser and not the Etsy app, since it doesn't have a download option.
