If I order today, when will my order arrive?

We hand make all of our balloons garlands here at the shop, so it takes 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order to ship. If your event is in less than 7 days we recommend upgrading to USPS Priority shipping at checkout (look for the shipping upgrade option in the dropdown menu at checkout). We will put a rush on all upgraded orders and ensure they are made and ready to ship out in 1 business day. Standard shipping for orders is USPS first class which takes 3-7 biz days to arrive. Upgraded shipping is USPS Priority which arrives in 2-3 business days.

Can you put a rush on my order?

We will automatically put a rush on all orders that are placed using the USPS Priority shipping upgrade at checkout. We will have those orders ready to ship out in 1 business day. Please keep in mind that we ship Monday thru Friday so Saturdays and Sundays do not count as a business day. USPS Priority shipping generally arrives in 2-3 business days.

Can you help me with color choices?

We are always happy to help pick out colors for your special project. Just upload a copy of an invitation, an inspiration photo or give us a brief explanation of what you are looking for and we will send over some ideas.
