Every instrument crafted in our studio already arrives beautifully presented in an elegant box with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, making it perfectly ready for gifting. What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

• Standard Editions: We stand behind our craftsmanship. We accept returns of standard, non-personalized pieces within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in pristine, original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for fully insured return shipping. • Bespoke & Engraved Commissions: Because engraved instruments are permanently minted with your personal dedications, they are one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders. • Studio Guarantee: If any instrument arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon unboxing for a prompt repair or replacement.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Solid brass naturally develops a patina over time, which gives it a unique, vintage character. If you prefer a shiny look, you can polish it with a jewelry cloth. Please keep away from water and humidity. Important for engraved items: Avoid polishing the engraved area directly or using abrasive cleaners on the text, to prevent fading or damage to the inscription.
