What if something I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, most likely it will be back within a week or two. You can also message me and tell me what you'd like - and I'll make sure you get notified as soon as it's back. You can also sign up for a notification from Etsy.

What are your shipping methods and policy?

I mostly ship via UPS, and offer free standard shipping to the contiguous US for all orders over $35. All custom PAWtraits are shipped free via UPS 3-Day Select. If you need expedited delivery, please select that option for an additional fee at checkout. Standard International shipping is also available for an additional fee. If a package is returned to seller for undeliverable/wrong address, buyer is responsible to pay for additional shipping costs. Please be sure that your receiving location is secure. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for receiving packages. Most shipping companies do NOT cover theft once the package has been marked as delivered.

What if I don't like what I receive?

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! I take pride in my products and only sell what I feel is perfect and lives up to my standards. I try to ensure the photographs show exactly what the item looks like in person. If for any reason you're not happy with what you receive, please contact me ASAP. You can send it back for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery- with my approval, and provided it is returned in original condition. Unless it's damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. For Custom PAWtraits, I work with the customer to make sure you're happy with it every step of the way. Custom PAWtraits are final sale and non-returnable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We have a beautiful gift wrapping service! Our products are wonderful gifts and come in fun packaging by default, with colorful boxes and tissue paper. If you'd like your item wrapped for a special someone, please select that option at checkout. It will be wrapped in a glossy, holographic metallic white paper, and topped with a rainbow organza ribbon and a bouncy curly bow. I love wrapping gifts, and will pack your gift with love and care to embody how much you value the person receiving the gift. I offer a varied selection of high quality gift tags to accompany the gift. Please select which one you'd like from the last picture of the item listing.

Why aren't all the products available in all formats?

Sizing for different items have to be rearranged to fit each product to be most aesthetically pleasing. I've found that some of the artwork doesn't print well on certain items, and simply doesn't look good on others (regarding color, shape, composition, cutoff areas, etc.) Therefore I choose the products that best suit each artwork. But, you never know what I might work out next - stay tuned for more varieties of products and new things!

Why is your shop called Pup Art?

Because we sell the Pup version of Pop Art! With bright colors and relatable themes, it is art that is for everyone :) You can also think of the Bling PAWtraits as the Pup version of Andy Warhol's portraits and Diamond Dust Shoes!

The Bling PAWtraits require special care! To enjoy this wonderful piece of art for many years to come, please take care of it properly: * The varnish makes colors pop and will protect from UV rays - but please don’t place it where there is too much direct sunlight, as the colors will fade. * As with other works of art, please handle gently. * LIGHTLY dust with a duster, and DO NOT wipe, especially with anything wet or abrasive.
