****NOVEMBER 10th is the final day to order for Christmas Delivery Nationwide for Made to Order Chess Sets****************
(a wee bit earlier if I reach capacity) It is the season of the deluge and there is just one me:) Also the Shipping system can get a bit sticky this time of year so earlier is always advantageous. Feel free if you have any questions or concerns. The cut off for "Ready to Ships" sets will be December 18th if there are any left.
Cheers Leah***************************************************************
This is a brilliant set based on the book and movies of Dracula. It is an adversarial set meaning there are two distinct sides with different characters which align along with the main Protagonist and Antagonist Dracula and Van Helsing. The Count in this case is definitely more of a Bela Lugosi depiction of Dracula (no sparkly vampires here)

The set is Made to order and takes at least 4-6 weeks from casting to completion. if I have back-stock, cast and dry it will be far swifter of course, depending on timing and workload

This listing includes All 32 pieces to make a full set of chessmen. Boards are not included,

Pictured (Full Set)
Dracula : Black and White
Van Helsing: Sepia Toned
Last photo
Dracula: Copper
Van Helsing: German silver

I can do these a variety of finishes. As a nod to Silent movies etc it looks great in Black and White or Sepia and is also very effective in antiqued Metallics.

Each piece is Cold-cast by hand using Tufstone a polymer modified gypsum cement, then painted, glazed and felt bottoms attached.
The set requires a board with 2 inch squares,
The King is 3 5/8 inches tall the Pawns are 2 7/8 inches

King - Count Dracula
Queen - Vampiress
Bishop - Renfield
Knight - Staked Vampire in Coffin
Castle (Rook) - The Counts Castle
Pawn - Bats
King - Abraham Van Helsing
Queen - Mina Murray
Bishop - Dr John Seward
Knight- Jonathon Harker
Castle (Rook) - House
Pawn - Crosses

If you don't see a colour you crave there feel free to ask i might be able to do it.

I make each piece as strong as possible these are essentially akin to a solid ceramic handled correctly they will last a lifetime but will break if dropped on a concrete floor for instance. The set is shipped with each piece individually bubble wrapped and laid on a bed of larger bubbles and packing Peanuts

Thank you for looking, feel free to email with any questions. :)

I do not often leave reviews, but I felt the need to share about my wonderful experience with this seller. The set itself is exactly as advertised, and you can't really ask for much more than that. I am very pleased with the product, however my best experience was the customer service. The seller completed the set in a timely manner and shipped it to me in the expected timeframe. Despite this, the set never arrived. USPS had clearly lost the package in transit, which is unfortunate but it happens. As far as I'm concerned the seller did exactly what was asked of them, but when I messaged them about the package they were extremely helpful and more than willing to ensure a replacement would eventually make it. I would say they went above and beyond the expectation in order to ensure my satisfaction and that is very commendable.

Love these chess pieces! They're gorgeous, nice weight, and seem super solid. USPS almost lost them but Leah was very helpful in hunting them down and getting them to me. Definitely a great purchase!

The product is beautiful! This seller was great to work with as well. One of my pieces was damaged in shipping and after emailing the seller, it was replaced without question. Excellent customer service.
