Please order your usual dress shoe size. If you wear half size or you are between two sizes go DOWN to the nearest whole size.
We also offer custom width (wide or narrow) upon request pre-order.

Our peep toe heeled sandals are available in 3 heights: 7 cm (2.76 inches), 5cm (2 inches), and 1,5cm (0.6 inches).

SHIPPING
Each piece is carefully handmade to order and typically ready to ship within 2–3 weeks.
We ship worldwide from Greece via UPS Express, with an estimated delivery time of 1–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures in your country. While we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping experience, Greek Chic Handmades cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by UPS or customs authorities.

CUSTOMS
For orders shipped to the United States, there are no customs duties or import taxes—everything is already included in the final price, and no additional charges will be required upon delivery.
For orders within the European Union, there are also no customs duties or import taxes, as shipments move freely within the EU.
For all other countries, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are strictly the responsibility of the buyer. Greek Chic Handmades has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any customs charges that may arise. If you refuse to pay these fees or decline to accept your shipment, the package will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Kindly note that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
As each item is handmade specifically to your preferences (size, color, etc.), we kindly ask that you carefully review the product description before placing your order. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help.

1. Exchange Only: All our products are made to order, therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with European Union regulations.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered. However, we are happy to assist with exchanges when needed.
3. Exchange Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and unworn. Shoes should only be tried on a soft, carpeted surface to avoid any marks or damage. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, and properly protected inside its original box.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the replacement item.
5. Manufacturing Issues: In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair the item or provide a replacement.
