All prints are produced on 200gsm museum-quality matte paper using archival inks — the same standard used by professional photography galleries. The matte finish minimises glare when framed behind glass and is built to last for decades. If you'd prefer a semi-matte finish, just message us before ordering and we'll arrange it.

📐 Do your sizes fit standard frames?

Yes. We design around standard frame sizes so you can use frames from IKEA, Desenio, or any high street retailer without trimming or custom framing. If you have a specific frame in mind, feel free to message us and we'll confirm compatibility.

Prints come unframed as standard, giving you the flexibility to choose a frame that suits your space and style. We do offer a ready-to-hang framing option — just get in touch before ordering if you'd like to discuss it.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Each print is made to order at a production facility close to your address — keeping delivery fast and environmental impact low. Allow 2 business days for production, then generally: • Europe: 3–7 business days • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days • All other locations: 7–14 business days Smaller prints ship flat in rigid protective packaging; larger prints are rolled in a tube. You'll receive a tracking link once dispatched.

🌿 Where are your prints made?

Through our print partner, every order is produced at a facility close to your delivery address. This means faster shipping, a lower carbon footprint, and no unnecessary cross-continental transit. It's one of the reasons we chose Gelato — better for you and better for the planet.

🏷️ Do you offer any discounts?

Add any two prints to your basket and 10% is automatically deducted at checkout — no code needed. Mix and match any images, sizes, or collections.

🔄 Can I return or exchange a print?

Because every print is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original. Please note that slight colour variation between screen and print is normal and not considered a defect.

🖼️ How should I care for my print?

Frame under UV-protective glass and keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colour over time. Handle with clean dry hands or cotton gloves, and if storing before framing, keep it flat in a dry place away from humidity. Treated well, your print will look as good in twenty years as it does today.
