Do you refund because of breakage in cargo?

Refunds are not provided. If any damage occurs during cargo, I will remake the product once more and send it to you free of charge. To proceed, an official report signed and stamped by the cargo company staff stating that the delivery cargo is broken must be e-mailed.

Do you make a refund if I do not like the work done?

For Portrait Works (plates, bottles, vases, etc.): Before the varnishing process, I always send you a photo of the finished artwork for your approval. If you feel that it doesn’t resemble the photo provided, I will be happy to make adjustments. If, after the corrections, you are still not satisfied, I can offer a 50% refund of the amount paid. In this case, the product will not be shipped, as it remains incomplete for you. For Ceramic Works (urns, mugs, glazed items, etc.): Refunds are not provided. If there is any problem only with the glaze or finishing, I will happily remake the product and send it to you again.
