Each listing includes a detailed size chart with neck, girth, weight, and length measurements. Because every dog’s build is different, we recommend measuring your pup rather than going by breed. Weight is the most accurate measurement. I always suggest sizing up if between sizes. If you’re unsure, send me your dog’s weight and measurements, I’m happy to help with sizing advice before you order!

If your shirt or hoodie arrives wrinkled or the graphic looks creased, don’t worry — it’s an easy fix! Simply place a thin cloth (like a dish towel) over the design and use a low-heat iron for 5 seconds, then repeat as needed until smooth. For washing, turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water, and line dry for best results. They can go in the dryer on low heat, but please note that slight shrinkage may occur.

Can you make matching human shirts or special requests?

Yes! Many of my designs can be made on human tees or hoodies for adorable matching sets. Just message me with what you have in mind — I love creating custom sets for families, rescues, and events.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I want you (and your pup!) to love your item. Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Because custom items are made just for you, they can’t be returned — but please reach out if there’s ever an issue, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that carrier delays are outside my control — but I’ll always help if something seems off!

What is your processing time?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days (sometimes faster!). If you need an item by a specific date, message me before ordering so I can confirm timing.
