Specifications

This is a listing for for a 3D printable model inspired by the Pipboy 3000 MK V from the Fallout franchise. Files are printable on both resin and filament printers.

The Small version uses 7 #4x30mm screws and 5 nuts
The Medium version uses 7 #6x30mm screws and 5 nuts
The Large version uses 7 #8x30mm screws and 5 nuts

Small wrist width 2.75"
Medium wrist width 3.25"
Large wrist width 3.75"

For sizing, print out Sizing Templates 1, 2, and 3 to figure out which fits best for you. Any adjustments in scale up or down will result in different screws needed.

To assembly, slide four nuts into the back of the Screen Front part and hold in place with either hot glue or blu tack. Screen Front will slot into Screen Back and can be screwed together from behind with 4 screws that will meet the nuts in the front half. The hinge will assemble with a screw through each end of Screen Back and Back Cuff.
The Back Dial will have a screw that goes through it through Screen Back and a Slot for the nut to be housed.

All other dials will have a peg and knob that will go through Screen front and can be glued to their respective dials once finished and painted.

All latches use 1/16" pinholes and to help with hold strength, but area is flat and wide enough to use actual metal hardware if so desired. There are channels in the cuff for 2x5x20 magnets to be glued in to help hold everything together at the seam.

The area for a screen is intentionally hollow to accommodate multiple ways of installing a screen, either a printed image or full arduino setup.
