A guide is included with your purchase, either with the downloadable files or a link if the files are downloaded via PDF. If the information needed is not in the guide, please reach out and I will try my best to help. Please understand that there may be technical issues that I cannot help with and you may need to contact the streaming or note-taking software.

I can't find my download link?

Digital download files are located through Etsy in your "Purchases" tab ONLY through desktop browser or Etsy should email you a link once payment is cleared/processed. Because of upload size limitations, most purchases come in a PDF file which will contain download links.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Because of the nature of my items: digital downloads, once the files have been downloaded, the sale is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. If there is an issue, please reach out and I may be able to help. Thank you!
