What is the time to receive the orders?

We dispatch the order in 2-3 working days time. The Shipping time is dependent upon destination country is as follows - For USA, U.K, Germany, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Spain, etc - The Shipping time is 12 to 16 working days. For Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Sweden, Poland, Finland, Croatia, Ireland, etc - The Shipping time is 15 to 22 working days. For Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, etc - The Shipping time is about 10 to 14 working days.

Can you Customize the blouses which you sell?

Yes, we offer FULL customization to the blouses which we sell. We can alter the blouse length, Sleeve Length, Increase or decrease the Bust, Waist, Front and Back Neck Depth, Arm Hole or Sleeve End Circumference etc. We can alter every aspect of the blouse as per customer needs. Please enter the personalization when you place the order. Most alteration are provided Free of Charge.

My Order is undelivered. Will you issue refund?

Though very rarely but it can happen that you may not have received the order. If more than a month has passed, please contact and we will issue FULL REFUND to you. But almost all of them are delivered in time.

I have received a damaged blouse or the blouse is missing. What to do now?

If you have received an damaged order or part of order is missing, we will surely work with you to solve this issue. For Damaged item, please contact us on etsy convo and send us the image of the item showing the damaged part of the blouse. We will issue full refund to you within 24 hours of receive the email with picture OR with you permission, if you agree to receive another piece of the blouse, we will reship the item to you again. For part of Order missing - Please contact us after you receive the incomplete order. We will check and get back to you. Sometimes, the order is shipping in two parts. In such cases, you will receive another shipment shortly after the first is delivered.

This was absolutely perfect for my friends wedding. I was not sure what I needed and I was very worried that it would not arrive on time. But, the delivery was so efficient (it came one week before expected!) and the quality was perfect.
