Our nail and cuticle oil pen is an easy and convenient way to moisturize dry cuticles and keep them healthy. Made with just jojoba, sweet almond, and vitamin E oils to keep your nails strong, help them grow, and keep your manicure simple and natural. No fragrance has been added.

Apply morning and night or whenever you want (this will last a long time)! Twist the end of the pen until the oil is released and brush a small amount on and around nails and cuticles. Massage in after oil has been applied. Be sure to use AFTER you've painted your nails, as the oil could prevent your polish from adhering to your nails.

***To get the oil started for the first time, twist a full 360 degrees 4 or 5 times. You'll only need to twist one little click after the oil has been started.***

The pen contains 3ml of oil and measures 5 inches long and .5 inches in diameter, with your choice to receive 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 pens.

Orders are shipped via USPS Monday – Friday except for postal holidays. To calculate when I will ship your order, add my current processing time of 3 to 5 business days to your order date.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided to Etsy. If a package is returned to us, customers may choose one of the following options:

*Repurchase shipping to have the order resent to an updated address.
*Receive a refund for the order items only, minus the original shipping cost.

Unfortunately, USPS does not refund postage for used shipping labels, including packages returned to sender due to an incorrect/insufficient address entered at checkout.

If you happen to overpay for shipping, any overage is always refunded the day your order ships.

Refunds aren't offered and I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety standards. It's very important to me that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, so please read item descriptions and ingredient lists carefully. Please reach out via Etsy messages before purchase if there are questions.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but will do everything we can to help you with postal inquiries, claims, and law enforcement reports.

We DO NOT offer refunds for packages delayed by USPS or packages marked "Delivered." Please get in touch with your local law enforcement if you believe your package was stolen. While this is unfortunate, we do not issue refunds for stolen packages.

In the rare event your item(s) are damaged during transit, please send a message within 24 hours of receiving your package that includes multiple, detailed photos of all packaging and contents so your issue is handled promptly and if necessary, a claim made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all items and packaging materials until your issue is resolved, as USPS may need to inspect items and materials in person, at your local post office before a claim will be paid. Please note that after 24 hours, I cannot replace, refund, or file an insurance claim.

Our current processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (or sooner when possible). Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. To calculate when I will ship your order, add 3-5 business days to your order date. I'm just one person who handcrafts all items from scratch in my home studio, and that time is needed to make the very best, high-quality products and package each order with care. Orders are ALWAYS shipped on time, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

>>I have an APO/FPO/DPO address. Will you ship to me?
Yes! We are happy to support our military families who are overseas. While this platform (and many others) do not support this address format, simply enter any domestic address in the "Shipping Address" field and leave me your APO/FPO/DPO address in the notes section. Your package will ship via USPS with proper customs info and labeling. Please reach out via Etsy messages if you have questions!

>>Will my item be identical to the one in the listing photo?
We do try to accurately portray our items in our photographs. However, each item is handmade from scratch, hand-poured, and cut by hand. And, due to the nature of artisan products, no two items are the same and each is unique and may vary slightly in color, design, shape, and size and soap may have small bubbles or minor imperfections. We believe these are all the things that make a handmade item "handmade."

Our products are thoughtfully formulated to hold up during hot-weather shipping. That said, we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.

For best results, please monitor the tracking and have your order delivered to a location where it can be retrieved promptly.

We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages left in hot outdoor conditions.

If your package shows a delivered status but you can't find it, your carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check:

*Garage & porch
*With others in your household
*With neighbors
*Mailbox - Packages may come separately from your regular mail; check again later in the day
*Areas protected from weather
*Areas out of street view, such as under a mat or near a back entrance
*Apartment building mailroom, manager's office, parcel locker, etc.

If you still can’t find your package & it has been over 24 business hours since the 'delivered' status, visit https://emailus.usps.com/s/package-inquiry w/ your tracking # and submit a service request to your local post office. If theft is suspected, contact your local police department.
