How do I place a custom order?

To select your order, you can choose the size from the drop-down list, if you want to order a special rug, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Do you have an instruction manual for the product?

Instruction Manual for Wool Rug Care Air Out the Rug: If possible, take the rug outside to the fresh air, shake it out, and let it air out. Understand this may not be feasible for large rugs. Vacuuming: Use a vacuum cleaner with a suction-only attachment or a handheld vacuum on the lowest suction setting. Avoid using a vacuum cleaner with a rotating brush (turbo brush) to prevent woolen piles from winding up on the brush. Lanolin Protection: The wool fibers retain a protective layer of lanolin (natural wax), which repels water and liquids. This makes the rug resistant to stains and less likely to get soiled.

How to deal with stains?

Dealing with Fresh Stains: Blot the area with a clean cloth or paper towel to absorb as much liquid as possible. Avoid rubbing, which can push the stain deeper into the fibers. Cleaning Stains: Use a mixture of mild liquid detergent (such as wool detergent or gentle soap) and lukewarm water to gently dab at the stain. Blot the area with a clean, damp cloth to rinse out the detergent solution, then blot dry with another clean cloth.
