This jewellery set has been made using repurposed, silver plated, diamanté jewellery parts from a vintage necklace, in a Starburst design, also copper foil, which has been folded to form a rectangle and hammered to add texture. The copper rectangle is backed with thin foam rubber, for comfort and forms the frame for a diamanté Starburst pendant, recovered from a vintage necklace. The copper and diamanté pendant is hung from a silver plated chain, with a lobster claw clasp. The matching drop earrings are made from the same diamante Starburst design, in a smaller scale from the same vintage necklace and are suspended from hypoallergenic, silver plated, surgical steel ear wires.
