Is it possible to return if the size does not fit?

We accept returns and exchanges in 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Why can’t I return or exchange custom-made clothing?

Custom-made clothing is tailored specifically to your individual measurements and preferences. As these items are uniquely created for you, they cannot be resold or adjusted for another customer, which is why returns and exchanges are not possible.

Clothes are made of different materials, such as cotton, rayon, wool and others. You can read more details in the listing description.

Storage for Delicates: For delicate or embellished garments, store them in garment bags to protect the fabric and prevent snagging or damage during storage. Check for Allergens: If you have sensitive skin or allergies, consider washing new clothes before wearing them to remove potential allergens or residual chemicals used in production.

Care
Wash at a temperature not exceeding +30 degrees Celsius (86 °F). Do not tumble dry or spin in the washing machine. Do not bleach or use chlorine-based products. Iron at a medium temperature. For dry cleaning. Any products can be used, except for trichloroethylene.

The fabric may shrink up to 7% in length. It is better to air dry the item on a hanger after washing until completely dry. For ironing, it is preferable to use a steam iron, which may also help partially restore the length.
