It is up to you to ensure that content you have contributed for inclusion in a personalised product is correct, and (for example) is correctly spelt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct. During the order process, We will generally notify you of the despatch date and the expected time frame for receiving your order; however, we do not guarantee delivery dates or times.The despatch date is the day we SEND the item you have ordered, NOT the day it will be delivered.

Royal Mail consider an item 'lost' after 10 WORKING days. After this time I can put in a claim for an item being lost on your behalf. No refunds/cancellations/returns due to delivery delays.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return to be received back within 10 days. No returns on personalised items

What if my order is returned to seller?

If your order is returned to me due to: non-collection after attempted delivery, non-redelivery after attempted delivery, wrong address, incomplete address etc then it is the buyers responsiblilty to purchase postage again so that the item can be delivered. Please get in touch so I can arrange this for you.
