How do I download the files?

You are not be able to download on a mobile device. If you have an Etsy account: After your purchase you can access your digital file(s) in your account, go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you purchased as a guest: After your purchase, Etsy automatically sends an e-mail which includes a link to download your digital files. Be sure to check your spam folders. If the available sizes for my items are not what you are looking for, you can contact me via Etsy Conversations and specify the size of the desired item and I will be happy to make it.
