We use precision laser engraving to personalize many of our products. Each item is engraved using professional-grade equipment after rigorous testing to ensure durability and long-lasting quality. Our laser engraving is permanent and will not “rub” off due to normal handling or everyday use. Unlike temporary personalization methods, laser engraving is etched directly into the surface for a clean, lasting finish. For items that are hand personalized, we use specialized professional materials designed for longevity. However, exposure to harsh chemicals such as nail polish remover or hand sanitizer may affect hand-applied personalization. We recommend avoiding contact with these products to maintain the integrity of your item.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All ornaments are wrapped in tissue paper and are placed in a gift box before shipping. We also offer premium gift wrapping for all products which can be selected on a product by product basis.

I have a long name, how many letters can you fit in the space?

Our artists are extremely talented and have many years experience, you will be surprised what they can fit onto the ornaments. Some of the ornaments allow for more lettering than others so there isn’t a “standard” number for all ornaments. It’s very rare that the length of the name causes a problem. If you have any concerns you could use a shorted version of the name or please contact us with your inquiry.

Do I have to include a year on my order?

No of course not, it is your personal gift we make it how you want it, although we do recommend our customers to include the year. Whether it’s an engagement, wedding, anniversary or a just special gift for your family, friends or loved ones, it’s a unique gift that is captured in time so you can always look back and reflect on that special date.

I got my order and the ornament is broken or misspelled. Will you fix it?

Yes, if we made a mistake or the ornament arrived damaged we will send you a new one. We simply ask you to send us a picture of the error. If we are out of stock we will offer you a choice of another style or a full refund.

Can I choose my own font style and size? Can you change the colors on the ornament?

Our products use fixed font style and size depending on the design. Our products come as you see them and we can only add the personalization details such as names, message or year.

When will my ornament ship?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Once shipped, you will get an automated email with the tracking information. Please note that tracking information can be inconsistent, delayed, or incomplete. We are not responsible for updates from USPS. We recommend checking their tracking website and contacting the USPS customer service department for any updates.

What happens if I forgot to put personalization instructions?

All orders are processed through a central system. We are unable to validate personalization information that is NOT included on the original order. YOU MUST INCLUDE PERSONALIZATION DETAILS WITH THE ORDER - NOT IN A BUYER MESSAGE OR "CONVO". Our shipping and personalization department do not have access to confidential account information.

Can I send you my logo/custom image to be laser engraved on the product?

Yes! Please message us via Etsy Chat and upload your logo or image file. If Etsy doesn’t allow you to upload the file on your first try, please try again. Once we receive your image, we’ll review it to confirm if it’s suitable for laser engraving and get back to you with the details.
