HOW WILL MY SHIRT FIT ME?

We print our designs on different brands of clothing, and each has its own specific size chart. Size charts will be helpful, but we of course cannot guarantee a perfect fit! No two bodies are alike and people like their clothing to fit differently. If you buy a size that does not fit the way you like, please message us and we will do our best to help you.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

You may return or exchange items to us within 14 days of delivery to you for a refund. AFTER 14 DAYS: We generally do not refund payments. However, if you receive a defective item or the item is not what you expected, please message us within 30 days of your purchase to ask if we will reprint it for you or exchange it for another similar item. We will not accept return of any item that has been washed. We typically do not exchange with customers that ordered the wrong size or color. As is common on the Etsy platform, the buyer pays any postage to return an item to us. Please kindly wait to leave your Etsy review for us until after you contact us and your issue is resolved!

CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else in your order, please contact us immediately and before you leave your Etsy review! We will replace misprinted/damaged/defective items at no additional cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted no later than 14 days after the product has been received.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. We will be happy to reship your item to you, but you will be liable for reshipment costs once you have provided an updated and valid delivery address.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

No worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BUT THE TRACKING SAYS THAT IT WAS DELIVERED?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, you should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. In the case of an incorrect address we will be happy to resend the returned package to you, but we will not cover the cost of reshipping the order and we will not refund the order.
