All of our knot pillows & poufs are handcrafted and spun with care. They'll make a wonderful addition to your home or a unique gift that everyone will love! We choose top quality material to fabricate everything, inside out, to make sure its a product everyone will enjoy. Perfect for any space, reading books and playtime!

* The Braided Square Knot pillow is approximately 16 x 16 x 4 inches.
* The diameter of tube is approximately 3 inches, which is double size of our standard knot pillows.

📌MATERIALS:
We make each piece to order! These products are made using Minky Plush fabric filled with premium hypoallergenic polyester filling.
📝 94% Polyester, 6% Spandex
💰Minky Plush fabric is a rather expensive fabric but are extremely nice, super soft and offer a wide variety of color. We chose this fabric so that everyone would enjoy our products. They’re extremely addicting to use and be around!

🏷 CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
📌 Items in your package will return to its original shape once opened. Minor stretching may be required to assist your pillow after being trapped in a box for a few days;

📌 Plush items should be washed at a temperature of no higher than 30-40 degrees or use a lint roller to remove dust if collected;

📌 You can't use a high temperature wash, boil so further, because it can violate the color of the fabric and ruin the shape;

📌 Don't use cleaners containing chlorine, bleaches, harsh chemicals etc.

📌 Don't use spin drying in washing machine; Use only delicate settings to dry

📌 Dry in a dark space without direct sunlight, it also destroys the texture and color of the material;

📌 You can use a steamer on low setting to smooth pillow, if needed.

Once we received your order we will need 5-7 business day to fabricate, pack and ship out your item(s).
If you need your item sooner, please contact us, we will do our best to help you out.

🔹️ Shipping time depends on your location.
Average time 3-7 days BUT YOU MUST FOLLOW UP WITH POST OFFICE, ONCE ITS IN THEIR HANDS, WE ONLY HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER OF YOUR ORDER.
🔹️ You will receive tracking number due email and Etsy service.
🔹️ We Ship by USPS Priority mail or UPS (depends on the type of box & weight).

🔴 Please VERIFY your address before you click submit! Once you placed your order, we are cannot change it manually. To change your address you will need to cancel your order, and start over again with your new order.
🔴 Make sure you provide correct address & secured place for the shipping company.
🔴 We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
🔴 RETURNS, EXCHANGES, or CANCELLATIONS are the responsibility of the BUYER.

🔹️ Buyers are responsible for postage if a change of address is requested after item has shipped or initial postage has been paid for.
🔹️ Buyers are responsible for providing a secure location for couriers to drop off packages/parcels. We are not responsible in the event of a theft or "Package that has disappeared."

🔹️ Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase/ or being marked as shipped for a full refund. ( Refunds/cancellations only applicable if item is "in progress," items that have been shipped are not applicable)

🔹️ Please, open you're package carefully, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the recipient (e.g. opening with a knife, scissors,sharp objects. Don't stab the package. Open carefully from the sides)

🔹️If for any reason you are not happy with your item please contact us to determine if a return or exchange will be suitable.

🔹️For the Returns & Exchanges (if deemed suitable) buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to be returned. Returned items must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you, with all packaging included. Please note, we do care of what we selling and items condition, and make a pictures and video before ship it out to you.
🔹️Once Item is received, refund will be credited back to the buyer.
🔹️For the damaged items you will be charged 50% of original price (shipping price not included).

⚠️ Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your product and provide photos where applicable within the first 48-72 hours of receiving the item in order to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

🔴IF SOMETHING WENT WRONG:
If your item has been delivered, but you didn't received it:
🔹️ Please note that we are not a shipping company, and have the same information about your item as you do. We need your cooperation to find out what happened and help you out.
🔹️ Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
🔹️ Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number, your full name and delivery address.
🔹️ File the claim at post office about lost package. All post offices can use a GPS tracker that shows exactly where the package was dropped off. Which date, time and location.
🔹️ If your item was stolen from your address you will need to file police report to local department. Not the seller, not the shipping company can be responsible for unsecured location for delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to provide correct address and safe location for delivery.
🔹️ After completing these steps, please provide us with papers which prove that you did file the claim or police report.
🔹️ Depends on the situation we will solve the problem together in the best way for both sides.
🔴 No refunds can be issued without actual proof from the buyer and cooperation with following steps. Please note, we do not appropriate to be conned for free items, through the scam or threatening our shop with negative feedback.
🔴 We are always happy to help and find out what happened to find the item.
🔴 We are not interested to loose our items on the way or intentionally ship out damaged/defective items, because we do care about our business, quality and it is take a lot of time, labor and money to fabricate our items.
