All measurements in the drop-down menu on our website represent the width and height of the wall. Your order will be divided into rolls of appropriate width according to these measurements.

The design you choose will be produced in sample sizes.
We will also send one additional A4 size sample for paper types other than the material of your choice. In this way, you can examine the color differences according to paper types. I recommend you to buy a sample

🔁 Return and Cancellation Policy

Since all products are personalized, returns are not accepted.
For products damaged during the shipping process, you should contact
cargo company as soon as you receive the package. If you take photos of the box and send them to us, we can help by contacting the cargo company.

⚠️ Things to Note
- Please make sure to get your wall measurements correct.
- Only wallpaper is included in the package; auxiliary materials such as glue are not included for customs reasons.
- Non-woven and textured papers are applied with water-based glue and the wall surface must be moisture absorbent.
- Wait at least 15 days before applying to freshly painted walls.

Colors may vary depending on device screen settings. Therefore, there may be tonal differences between the colors that appear in the digital environment and the actual product.

🔧 Application Information
- The application surface must be clean, dry and free of dust.
- There should be no silicone, oil or dirt residue on the surface.
- After applying the adhesive, the parts can be partially glued to the wall for correct alignment. In case of incorrect positioning, they can be carefully removed and glued again.
- Products fully glued to the wall are not reused, but can be removed if necessary.
