We're happy to create custom designs. However, we may deny the request during busier seasons. Please send us a message before placing your order so we can go over your idea together. We’ll walk you through design options and guide you on the best way to place your order.

Send us a message as soon as possible! We’re not able to add items to an existing order, but you can either place a second order or we can cancel your original order so you can reorder everything together.

Do you send proofs of custom labels?

Proofs are available upon request or if we have any questions about your order. This is to keep processing times low and get your order to you faster. Each listing includes examples of how your customization will look, so be sure to review the photos before ordering.

Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, though we allow up to 48 hours during busy times, weekends, or holidays. Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. We’ve upgraded our shipping method for faster delivery, but if you’re on a tight timeline, send us a message and we’ll do our best to get it out quickly.
