• Upper arm: the widest part of your upper arm ( cm / inches )
• Arm length: from the shoulder tip to your wrist ( cm / inches )

Edit: She has reached out to me about my experience and 💯 made it right. Thank you for excellent customer service, I'll absolutely be back for more styles in the future. --- Original 3/5 review: Always bums me out to leave a 'meh' review on something. The broach-like adornment is not even close to what's pictured. The dress I received had a flat, round metal mandala instead, and two of them were sewn on top of one another rather awkwardly with unnecessary fringe beneath. Not going to return it; I'll find a replacement and correct it myself. Unfortunately I'm not impressed for the price.

I wore this dress for my 59th birthday celebration/dinner and received many compliments. It fit beautifully, hugged the good parts and skimmed over the challenges. I am a busty 14W (US sizing), never been thin, but less so as I approach 60! That said,I get tired of hiding behind flowy clothes all the time. This dress looks like it was made for me.
