Please contact us and we will be happy to create a unique design or to choose colors that perfectly match your baby’s room. We can made a personal toy, indicating the name of your baby on the toy We will create a separate listing for your product and then you can buy it.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every parcel is packed with a beautiful craft box. Inside the box you can find tissue paper, postcard and letter with warm words for your baby.

Mobiles are not washable but are easy to clean with a sticky roller, steam iron or a soft soaked brush. Crochet toys are hand washable.

Express shipping is available. For express delivery please contact us at any time!

I accept returns and cancellations. After receiving the goods within 3 days, inform me about the desire to return the goods. Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. I don't accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders and items on sale. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Only after the seller gets the parcel back the buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions, PayPal and Etsy fees.

Wrong adress disclaimer

It is responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the sgipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipping back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Re-delivery is at the expense of the buyer.

Please note since the package ships from Ukraine, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
