We happily accept returns and exchanges. For items with free shipping, the refund will be subject to deduction for the shipping costs we incurred. Returns should be initiated within 14 days of delivery, with the buyer responsible for return shipping fees and using a tracked postal service. Items must be in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund. Please reach out to us for detailed return instructions. Custom orders can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, with exchanges limited to identical products. Items discounted at 50% or more are non-returnable. For orders containing 2 or more pairs, at least 1 pair must be retained. Refusal to accept delivery of an order renders it non-refundable.

We would be happy to exchange the product if the size doesn't fit. Simply contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery for an exchange. All exchange and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

We can create custom orders with the highest quality materials, entirely handmade according to your specified design. Whether you prefer a specific color, width, or heel style, or if you have a unique design in mind, we can tailor shoes to your preferences. Feel free to contact us to learn more about the timeframe and details required for completing your custom order. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. However, in the event that the product arrives damaged or defective, we only offer exchanges for the same model.

Was fully prepared to have to break in these shoes over a few days, I put them on for the first time and they were SO comfortable. No breaking in necessary.
