My purchase included a JPG file. Where can I find the PDF?

If you need a PDF (or PNG) and your purchase did not include one, we will be happy to e-mail it to you at no additional cost. Some of our older listings include both JPGs and PDFs in the instant download file. However, due to Etsy's file size restrictions, multiple file types are difficult to include without compromising the size of the image. This is especially true considering the many dimensions we like to provide you with for convenient printing. Additionally, we noticed the vast majority of our customers downloaded the JPG files only. For these reasons, going forward, we will include JPG files in the instant download and e-mail you with PDFs or PNGs if requested.

Can I print this file very large?

Yes you can, for the vast majority of the prints (there are some exceptions for vintage files). If you have any doubts, just contact us for clarification or a resize.

The store I'd like to print this at says this file type is not accepted. What do I do?

All you have to do is get in touch and we will send you the acceptable file type. Different printing businesses often require different file types. In addition, many of the requirements keep changing. For example, CMYK files used to be the standard for printing. Now, many printers require sRGB files. It's impossible for us to include every single file type under the sun in the instant download. But if you get in touch and let us know you need a different file, we will gladly accommodate you!

Can you crop this print into these dimensions for me?

This answer depends on each individual print. Most of the time, the answer is, absolutely! But sometimes, cropping your print into your desired dimensions isn't possible due to the nature of the design. Please contact the shop before making your purchase to ensure your request can be accommodated.

I haven’t printed the item yet however i was given multiple sizes without being charged which is super sweet! thank you so much for that. It was super easy to download as well and i love the picture. The quality is good too! I’d highly recommend.
