How long will my order take?

Our processing times is 5-7 days, but we always try to complete them less time. Your stickers are hand laminated, made individually, and resized manually. Free shipping orders are sent in a tracked white envelope. Etsy unfortunately does not provide options to show accurate dates on how long this takes, but it could take as little as 2 days, to 2 weeks. In our holiday season, please expect delays! Please note that processing times are not the same as shipping times! Thank you for supporting this disabled artist!

While our stickers have been tested to survive a dishwasher, we always recommend hand washing if it's put on a surface you'll wash! In any case whether its from our store or anywhere else, if your sticker is peeling, we recommend applying a gluestick to the backing!

Why don't I have tracking? I live internationally or in a military location

If you have chosen standard shipping ($2.50) for our international orders, this means they're sent by international stamp. To make our stickers affordable for everybody all around the world, this is the cheapest option we can provide without tracking. There are upgrades available! Please keep in mind the estimated dates of delivery vary in the destination country's postal service. Tracked standard shipping isnt available for these locations simply because the shipping system doesn't offer it! We ship via stamped letter, which makes it affordable for everyone! However, we do have upgrades at checkout.

I don't like my sticker. I'd like a refund.

You'd have to send us back your sticker via stamped letter and we'll be happy to process your refund! We don't do refunds for "My order hasn't arrived", because I'll assume you still want your sticker and the issue was it not arriving

My sticker's colors are bleeding

We have changed our sticker paper numerous times because we always strive to improve our merch since 2022. Unfortunately, we don't know which batch would be affected long term. We'll be happy to send out replacements if something goes wrong!

Can we put this sticker on our car?

Unfortunately, our stickers are not built to withstand the harsh UV rays of the sun and it could fade within a few days because we cannot afford mass produced stickers made by industrial machines. We are trying to test new models of stickers with different materials when we can. We unfortunately can't afford any batches from a supplier at this time due to the lack of demand and funds.

"Free Shipping took way too long"

Unfortunately, the method of free shipping does not come without risk. They come in normal "stamped" envelopes with paid tracking from me, and have as much security as a stamped envelope. They don't move on the weekends or holidays as normal letters by USPS either. Etsy's system also doesn't have correct estimated dates for this shipping method, despite that it is technically "First Class". These letters take as little as 2 days, or 3 weeks. We can only give information based off a drop down menu. We have the free shipping option for US customers and a stamped letter option for international customers to keep our stickers affordable for everyone, and we will always have it! If speed is an issue, we have upgrades at checkout!

"The quality of the sticker is not worth the shipping speed"

This issue mostly ties in with the Free Shipping option. We offer upgrades if speed and security is your main concern. Please see the bullet above. We use the sticker material that is the leading brand on the market, and the popular laminate on the market. It is still sturdy. It is still water resistant. These stickers are 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐓𝐨 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 in order to deliver each customized size for everyone, meaning there might be mistakes. We pay for our tracking numbers out of pocket without raising the sticker prices. It's on us! Please understand things might go wrong with this method though. Please message us if there's something you would like to resolve. Lastly, please be kind. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

My sticker says delivered but my letter isn't here.

If you've chosen "Free Shipping", your tracking number is provided by Pitney Bowes. Their numbers don't work on USPS systems. Because USPS don't prioritize the accuracy of these letters, many letters get delivered a few days before they actually are. We believe because they get marked delivered at your closest postal office, with intentions to deliver it the same day. But they don't deliver it the same day most of the time. Please wait a bit. Contact us if it never arrived, and we can see what we can do for you! We will not take your money and run. We want you to get your sticker! And remember, if don't want this issue to happen and are in a hurry, please upgrade your shipping at checkout!
