Easy to Use

Basic Photoshop knowledge is needed for our PSD files with smart objects. Alternatively, use the free online tool, Photopea

Step-by-step guide to inserting an image into a smart object in Photoshop:

Open the PSD File

Select the Smart Object Layer: In the Layers panel, find and select the smart object layer you want to edit.

Edit the Smart Object: Double-click on the smart object thumbnail in the Layers panel. This will open the smart object in a new window.

Place Your Image: In the new window, go to File > Place Embedded, and select the image you want to insert. Adjust the size and position as needed.

Save and Close: Once your image is placed correctly, save and close the smart object window (usually by going to File > Save or pressing Ctrl+S).

Update the Main PSD: Your main PSD file will automatically update with the new image in the smart object.

This will insert your image into the smart object, allowing it to update in the main file.

Important Notes:

Best for lighter pattern designs.

Actual colors may vary slightly due to different monitor display capabilities and individual color perception.
