How to download your files?

Your files will be available to download once your payment has been processed. You will receive an Etsy email with the download link. You can also find the files when you go to your purchases page on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Save the files to your computer by clicking the "Download" button. Please note: You will need to download the files from a web browser. You can not download it from the Etsy app. Still can’t access your files? Send me a message through Etsy and I’ll be happy to send the files to you directly.

When you try to export the final version of your animated invitation, you get message that it contains premium content and that you need Canva Pro

This is relevant for some items such as animated invitations. As noted in item description; to export the final product you will need Canva Pro account. If you don’t already have Canva Pro account, Canva gives 30-day Free Trial https://www.canva.com/pro/. If you don’t want to bother with Canva Pro, you can message me and add me as a collaborator in Canva (I will send you easy instructions how to do that) and I will export the final version for you and send it to your email. I am always happy to help and I am usually very quick to respond during my working hours. However, due to time zone differences, there may be up to an 8-hour delay if you contact me at night. Rest assured, as soon as I’m available, I will get back to you promptly! :)

What if you need a custom size or format?

I’m happy to accommodate custom sizes or formats to fit your needs. Simply send me a message with the details of what you’re looking for, and I’ll work with you to create the perfect solution.

Are the nutrition charts available in languages other than English?

All charts are provided in English only. At this time, translations or editable versions are not available.

Can I translate the nutrition charts into another language?

The charts are provided as non-editable PDF files, designed for printing or digital use as they are. Using automatic translation tools can distort the layout, images, and text. They are not suitable for this type of editing.

Can I edit the text in the nutrition charts?

No, the charts are non-editable PDFs. They are designed to be ready-to-use, printable, or for digital reference.

I didn’t receive an email with my files. What should I do?

Etsy automatically sends a download email to the address linked to your account or guest checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or verify that the email on your Etsy account is correct. You can always access your files directly at any time by going to: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases (works ONLY on computer or on a web browser - does not work on the Esty app). Still can’t access your files? Send me a message through Etsy and I’ll be happy to send the files to you directly.

Why can’t I download from the Etsy app?

Currently, Etsy doesn’t allow downloads through the app. Please log in to Etsy using a web browser (on a computer, phone, or tablet) to download your files.
