How to Send Photos for Photo Tumbler Orders

Please send your photos via Etsy message. Etsy only allows 3 attachments per message. So you will need to send more than one message in order to send all of your photos. If photos aren't received within 3 business days of your order during a busy holiday season, then your order will be canceled. Any questions? Need assistance? Proofs for Photo Tumblers

We will send a proof if you request one, or if there are any issues with your photos. It is your responsibility to be available to check messages and respond accordingly. We will not send your artwork to the fulfillment center without hearing from you. If we do not hear from you for 3 business days from the date we sent your proof, we will cancel and refund your order. We will hold your artwork for 10 business days and you will be more than welcome to reorder and approve your proofs at that time.

USPS Tracking - Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending

USPS is in possession of your package. What it means: USPS picked up a pallet of packages from the fulfillment center but they have not yet scanned each individual package. However, when it stays in that status for several days, the tracking generally will not update until a package arrives at the USPS hub nearest the delivery address. Meaning that it is most likely already en route to you and will get scanned again when it is out for delivery.

USPS Tracking - Pre-Transit

Your shipping label is created when your order goes to production. During busy seasons (Christmas and Mother's Day) production times are generally 3 business days after the date of your order. Occasionally, tracking will remain in pre-transit and will not update until it arrives at the USPS hub nearest the delivery address, and often not until it is out for delivery. If your package remains in pre-transit for several days, feel free to reach out to us. We only have the information that USPS tracking provides, but we are more than willing to keep an eye on your order and will reach out to you when your tracking updates.

Check Your Messages for Custom Requests

We love giving you the opportunity to create unique personalized gifts for the very special people in your lives. Depending on your custom requests, we may need to contact you for clarification, or to send you a proof of your custom color choices, etc. Please be available via Etsy message, or through personal email, to respond to our questions, or to approve proofs, etc. in a timely manner.

My Order Arrived Damaged

If your order arrived damaged please message us a photo of the item that is damaged within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.
