No, prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose the frame that best fits your personal style and space. All prints are shipped rolled in secure tubes to ensure safe delivery.

Can I request a custom size?

Absolutely! If you need a specific size that’s not listed, just send us a message – we’re happy to prepare a custom file or print just for you.

Do you offer personalized designs?

Yes! Many of our prints can be customized with names, dates, song lyrics, or quotes. Look for the “Personalization” section on the product page, or feel free to message us with your request.

How are the posters shipped?

All prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes to prevent any bending or damage during transit.

Production time is usually 1–3 business days. Will I see a preview of my personalized poster?

Yes! For personalized posters, I’ll send you a preview within a few hours after your order. You’ll have the chance to review it and request any changes if needed. ⏳ Please note: After the preview is sent, I allow up to 12 hours for approval. If no response is received within that time, I will proceed with production as if the preview was approved. This helps me keep the process moving and ensures your poster is shipped as soon as possible.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us with a photo. We’ll gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
