What happens if a package is returned by the carrier?

Your order will be shipped to the "Ship From" address included in your order, unless otherwise specified in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout. It is the customer's resp ①. I am not responsible for packages that are not delivered or marked as "Incomplete Address" if the package is shipped to the exact same "Ship From" address that the customer has on record on Etsy. ②. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. ③. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and the carrier returns the package to us, we will return any resaleable items in the package, but shipping costs or fees will not be refunded.

I use these for crafting baby teethers. They are well made and bright colors. I feel good offering these to my customers. The seller also included a small gift. Shipping time was reasonable considering coming from China. Have bought previously and will buy in the future. Thanks
