Do I have to pay customs duties?

For our US buyers, all customs duties and import fees are fully covered by us. You will not face any extra charges upon delivery. For other international locations, any applicable local customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We package all art sets securely with maximum care. However, if any damage occurs during transit, please keep all packaging materials, file a damage report with your local courier office (FedEx/UPS/DHL), and message us here with photos. We will solve it immediately.

Custom and personalized orders

We use high-quality, scratch-resistant plexiglass that offers the perfect, crystal-clear look of traditional glass. This smart choice completely eliminates the risk of breakage during shipping. It also keeps the frames safely lightweight, allowing you to easily mount them using command strips without drilling your walls if you prefer.

What is the backing material of the frames?

The back covers of our frames are crafted from sturdy 3mm thick MDF panels, providing a durable and solid structure that securely protects your artwork from behind.

Do the frames come with hanging hardware? Can I use nails?

Yes, all frames come with hanging hardware already attached. You can easily hang them using traditional nails or securely mount them using command strips. Please note that nails or command strips are not included in the package, so you will need to provide your own.

How do you ensure the print quality?

We print our collections using industrial-grade, state-of-the-art HP printing machinery and top-tier inks to achieve the finest color accuracy on the market. We use premium 410 gsm archival paper, which is significantly above standard poster quality, ensuring your art remains vibrant and timeless.

How can I be sure of the frame sizes?

Product lifestyle photos can sometimes alter size perception due to camera angles and styling distances. To be completely transparent, we provide the exact, detailed dimensions of every single frame within each listing description. We highly recommend checking these measurements to plan your layout perfectly.

Do the gallery wall art sets arrive ready to hang?

Yes, everything arrives fully assembled and ready to display straight out of the box. You can position them exactly like our listing images or create your own custom layout using either traditional nails or command strips.

What is your return policy for international orders?

Yes, we gladly accept returns. However, please note that all return shipping costs and related international expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Our set of wall art is designed for those who want to have unique walls. This wall art set is framed. Our frames are high quality 100% wooden. Oven-dried ayous wood is used for our frame slats. The picture frames are durable for many years and look new like the first day. The back protection of our frames is 3mm mdf fiberboard. The front protection of our frames is acrylic PLEXIGLASS. So, our framed wall art set don't break in shipping and can be attached to the wall without using nails as they are light.
