Select Actual Size under Page Sizing & Handling. To print only selected pages, click Pages under Pages To Print and type in the page number you want to print in the box on the right. To Print in High Quality: choose High Quality, click Properties in the Print Window. Your printer settings will pop out. In there, select High Quality setting under Print Quality.
