Q: What is the largest frame size you can make? A: We can create frames in virtually any size, including large frames! However, due to shipping limitations, particularly for international orders, we are restricted by the maximum size that can be safely shipped via postal services. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to return your order, please retain the original packaging and box, as they must be used for any returns. If the frame arrives damaged, we require photos of the item (full view and close-up of the damage), the box, and the packaging. Returns cannot be processed without these images and the original packaging. Please do not dispose of the packaging if there is an issue with your order. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If the item is damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is not damaged but the return is due to customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong size or item), the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Artwork Size: Start by selecting the size of your artwork or the item you want the passepartout to fit. We’ll make the visible opening slightly smaller (approximately 0.5–1 cm on each side) to secure your artwork. For example, if your artwork is 20 x 30 cm, the visible area will be 19 x 29 cm.

Passepartout Border: The standard passepartout width is 5 cm, resulting in an outer dimension of 29 x 39 cm for a 20 x 30 cm artwork. If you prefer a different width, please specify your desired measurements in the personalization box.

Custom Sizes: If none of the pre-set options fit your needs, choose "Custom Size" in the drop-down menu and provide all dimensions (artwork size, passepartout width, and outer dimensions of passepartout) in the personalization section.
