This customer got in touch after more than a week after delivery about a damage which looked like a scissors cut. The pacakge was not damaged during transit since the image from the proof of delivery showed no damage on the pacakaging itself. When requested a photo of both the damage and the packaging she only sent the image showing the cut and not of the damaged packaging where the supposed damage was. I offered a replacement since it has been 8-9 days after delivery and as a gesture of good will, the customer refused! I apprecaite the review but it is not the full story at all. She also did get a refund at the end.
