What is your turn around time?

Once we receive your order, your book will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. From there USPS Ground Advantage estimates transit time within the USA is about 4-5 business days. For orders shipping to Canada and other countries outside the US, UPS estimates transit time of about 3-5 business days. Please note these are only estimations and are not guaranteed. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays.

Do you provide print service? / How do I put the photos in?

While we currently do not provide in-house printing services, we encourage adding a personal touch to your book by including your own photos and notes! You can easily print and attach your photos to the pages with double-sided tape or other photo-safe adhesives for a truly customized keepsake! Our books are available in three sizes: 4.5x5.5, 6x9, and 8.5x11. Each size is perfect for both photos and writing, though we do recommend the larger sizes for those looking to showcase more detailed images or include additional notes! Please reach out if you have any questions or need further customization options!

Can I customize my order?/Can I request a proof before production?

We love creating your custom orders! If you want to personalize an existing design, simply leave your request in the personalization box or send us a message, and we’ll be happy to help bring your vision to life! In order to maintain our fast turnaround times, we typically do not provide design proofs unless requested in your order notes. If any personalization details seem unclear, we’ll automatically send a proof for confirmation. To keep your order on schedule during the busy holidays - please reply within 24 hours. If we don’t hear back, we’ll proceed using our best judgment to avoid order delay.

Do you accept bulk or custom requests?

Absolutely! Please message us for bulk pricing or multiple-item orders and we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote.

Do you offer Shipping Upgrades/Express Shipping?
