Cancellations are okay as long as the package has not been shipped. We do not accept returns and exchanges. All items are represented accurately. Please message us immediately as we are working hard to ship all orders quickly.

When will my charms arrive?

The processing time we need to prepare your order is 1-3 business days. If it’s holiday season, we need 3-5 days to process an order. Please note that this is an addition days prior to shipping time. All standard shipping will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail which will take 2-6 business days to arrive at most times. You can upgrade your shipping to USPS PRIORITY MAIL which will take 1-3 business days for an additional cost. You can see our shipping menu options upon checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking information. Please note that once your package is sent to our shipping provider (USPS), arrival times are out of our control. Please anticipate possible delays in your order.

The address I entered was incorrect. How can I correct it?

If your package has not shipped yet, please message us immediately so we can correct the address for you. If your package has already shipped, please contact the USPS and give them your tracking information to see if they are able to redirect the package to the correct address. We cannot edit it on our end at this point.

My package shows that it was delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do next?

In most cases, missing packages turn up with a neighbor, a family member or tucked away somewhere around the delivery area. Sometimes, packages are scanned delivered before the actual delivery. In this case, please allow 7-10 days for the package to arrive. If it is still missing, please contact or visit your local post office. Ask them a GPS location where your package was dropped off. If it was indeed delivered at the correct address, you may need to file a police report. PLEASE NOTE: Once we shipped your order, it's out of our control and we are not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Tracking has not updated for a while now, where is my package?

Sometimes packages are not scanned properly until the final delivery. In case of the delay, please allow 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. If it is still not updating, we can open a service request to USPS to try to track down the package.

My items arrived damage, what should I do?

Please contact the seller with a picture of the damaged items. We need a proof to further assist you.

My tracking information says "Return to Sender". What do I do next?

If the tracking says "returned to sender", you need to pay another shipping fee to redeliver it to you. USPS returned the package to us when they don't have access to the address provided, wrong address given and insufficient address. Please double check your address before placing your order to avoid this.

How to order multiple charms?

In order to buy multiples, you need to "Add to Cart" each charms. When you are finished selecting all the charms that you like, proceed to CHECK OUT. From there, you can review each charms and quantity for purchase.
