Where are you located?

For now, we are only on Etsy. We do not have a physical store. Our products are shipped out from Connecticut, USA.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We typically process and ship orders the same day or the next. Our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM–4 PM, and Saturdays, 8:30–11:45 AM. We do not process or ship on Sundays, as our local post office is closed.

How can I contact you if my question isn’t answered here?

Feel free to message me here on Etsy! There, I will be able to answer some unsolved questions you might have.

What is your return policy?

If there is something wrong with your order and want to return it, you have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. We do not accept cancellations.

What are the shipping options and costs?

We have a fixed shipping rate of $4.50, which should cover anywhere in the US.

How can I track my order?

Sign into your Etsy account and go to “purchases and reviews”. Then click on the order you want to track. Our “flat products” like stickers, sticker sheets, and regular bookmarks use USPS First-Class Mail. These products do not use the most accurate tracking. Everything else uses USPS Ground Advantage, which has better tracking and an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days.

What should I do if my order if lost, stolen, or damaged?

You must message us through the help center. Sign into etsy and go to “purchases and reviews”. Next to your order, select “help with order” and follow the prompts. We will try our best to respond as soon as possible and we can come up with a solution, whether it may be a replacement or a refund. The customer is always first here.

How do you Download a Digital Item?

Make sure you are on the etsy website, NOT the app. Go to your account and select “purchases and reviews.” Find your order and select the “download files” button. If you purchased as a guest, the download link will be in your receipt email.

Are cancellations accepted?

No, we do not accept cancellations. But feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order.

What payment methods do you accept? Is it secure?

Since we are only on Etsy, we accept whatever payment methods Etsy allows, whether it may be Credit Cards, Gift Cards or Third-Party Payments. We never receive your credit card information.
