Keep your workspace tidy and save space with this upright shelf unit for the Seagate 8TB Expansion Hard Drive. It has been made specifically to fit this hard drive. Its openings are 120mm wide, 43mm high, and 180mm long, allowing the drive to slide in easily, with 1-2mm of clearance around it. The unit itself is 214mm tall, 138mm wide, and 180mm long.

The pictures are of a recent one I made for a customer, you can customise the text on the top, or have no text.

This unit is perfect for professional photographers, videographers, or anyone who requires a lot of storage but still wants to keep their workspace tidy!

As can be seen on the pictures and video, the design is a through-hole, allowing cables and ventilation from the front and back, but I’ve also added vent holes on either side to allow for additional airflow. There are also thumb gaps on the front to aid removal of the drives. It is 3D printed and so is sturdy whilst remaining fairly lightweight.

I used the drive measurements of: 11.81 x 4.14 x 17.93cm - making the slots slightly larger than this to allow some clearance.
You are welcome to measure your hard drive against the slot size (180x120x43mm) to see if it may fit other drives, but it is primarily designed for the Seagate 8TB Expansion Hard Drive STGY8000400.

No Hard Drives or cables are included.

Colours and sheen may vary slightly from the photos depending on filament availability, and there may occasionally be small shifts in hue if a filament change is required mid-print. All items are printed on well-maintained, dialled-in machines, but 3D printing naturally can sometimes produce minor surface imperfections, which is normal. Each item is individually crafted, not mass-produced, and I take great pride in the finish.
