Reheating instructions for my customers are 10-15 seconds in microwave or 4-6 minutes in 350F oven
These cookies are different from other variations of thick or chunky cookies. This does not include the same flour mixture/protein content, or butter creaming process. it is specifically timed on several steps, and includes photos of the steps for visuals.
These are not meant to be as cakey or domed and tall or smooth as the chunky cookies.
“Bakeshop” titled recipes are higher in cost, as these are recipes I use for my business. I post some for purchase at an affordable price for my past and current customers and local competitors to use as well, so this compensates for revenue loss. This includes the Bakeshop recipe for the chocolate chip cookies (this is not a bundle)
