What are the shipping and processing times?

We ship within 1-4 business days and standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Between November-February, this can go up to 6 days but we do our best to keep it shorter. International can take anywhere from 7-21 days to arrive. PLEASE NOTE, USPS does NOT guarantee delivery times. Therefore Crimson and Clover CANNOT guarantee delivery times.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

Please contact us for reimbursement or replacement. Please note if your package is marked as delivered we cannot reimburse or replace. Please keep in mind, sometimes USPS does not update tracking even as your item is in transit. They are not terribly efficient unfortunately. And sometimes they do lose packages.

How do I track my item?

Tracking numbers are sent with your Etsy shipping email and are in your receipt. Sometimes USPS doesn't not update the tracking, even as your package is in transit. So if your tracking hasn't updated, please rest assured your item has been shipped. I have the same info you do as far as tracking, so unfortunately I will not be able to provide additional information. If your item is lost or tracking hasn't updated in days please feel free to contact us for replacement or refund.

I put the wrong address, what do I do?

Please request a cancellation on your other order and purchase a new one with the correct address. Packages are ONLY sent to addresses on file. Buyers are responsible for having the correct address. If your package ships to the wrong address and is returned you have a week after I contact you to provide the correct address. After that returned items will be returned to inventory and not held for you.

Can you tell me what date package will arrive?

All estimates are avail in the shipping tab. Expedited shipping is avail upon check out but is not guaranteed.

I received an email saying my item was shipped but the tracking hasn't changed. What gives?

USPS: Sometimes it takes 48 hours for tracking to update. If you received a shipping confirmation, your item has shipped. Please be patient, your item will likely arrive soon. If it doesn't, see above!
