Send Me a Message – Click the “Message Seller” button and tell me what you have in mind (style, colors, chain type, charms, gemstones, etc.). Share Your Inspo – Feel free to send photos, mood boards, or links so I can get the vibe just right. Get a Quote & Timeline – I’ll confirm pricing, production time, and shipping estimates based on your request. Approve the Design – For personalized pieces, I’ll send a sketch, mock-up, or material photo before starting.

Custom Order Cancellation Policy

Custom orders are final sale once production begins. If you request a cancellation before I have purchased materials or started making your item, I can offer a refund that includes a 15% design & processing fee (covers time spent designing, Etsy fees, and sourcing). For international orders, please note that Etsy payment processing and currency conversion fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
